1. Products and Services
VAN GAO SRL provides standard and custom cardboard and honeycomb paper packaging solutions for a wide range of industries, including logistics, automotive, electronics, furniture, food and agriculture.
2. Custom Orders
Most of our products are made to order according to each customer’s specifications.
After receiving your enquiry, our team will provide a customised technical and commercial quotation, which may include product type, pricing, delivery times and payment terms.
An order becomes confirmed once the quotation has been accepted and, where applicable, the required deposit has been paid.
3. Delivery
Production lead times vary depending on product complexity, order volume and our production capacity at the time of ordering. The estimated delivery date will be communicated individually for each order.
Orders may be delivered by courier, arranged transport or collected directly from our production facility, depending on the terms agreed with the customer.
4. Warranty and Liability
VAN GAO SRL guarantees the quality of the materials used and their compliance with the agreed specifications.
Customers are responsible for checking the condition of the products upon delivery and reporting any issues within 48 hours of receipt.
We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper transport carried out by third parties or by using our products for purposes other than those for which they were intended.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Custom-made products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications cannot be returned.
If an order has been placed incorrectly by the customer and production has already begun, any costs already incurred cannot be refunded.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Any information you provide to us, including your name, company name, email address, telephone number or technical requirements, will be used solely for processing enquiries and orders and for communicating quotations.
We will not share your personal information with third parties without your prior consent.
7. Final Provisions
VAN GAO SRL reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.
Any dispute between the customer and VAN GAO SRL will first be addressed amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
